GUEST EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE (Part-time & Full-time, up to 30 hours/week)
Join our team at Spinners Pinball Arcade as a Guest Experience Associate! As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be the friendly face responsible for greeting guests, assisting with purchases, and ensuring everyone has a memorable experience at our arcade.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed
- Accurately process purchases using our point-of-sale system
- Promote arcade specials and events to guests
- Make accurate concession and merchandise sales
- Willingness to learn game operations, minor game repair and do daily maintenance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed
Requirements:
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods over large distances and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Experience working with people with disabilities preferred
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
