🎮 Guest Experience Associate (Up to 40 hours/week) - Pay: $16/hour

As a Guest Experience Associate, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their visit. This role is equal parts customer service, operations support, and community engagement.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, attentive approach

• Guide guests through our “pay-one-price, play-all-day” experience

• Process admissions and concessions using our POS system

• Support a clean, organized, and safe arcade environment

• Learn basic game troubleshooting and assist with minor issues and cleaning

• Communicate clearly and positively with team members to keep operations running smoothly

• Help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for guests of all ages and abilities

💡 What We’re Looking For

• Age 21 or older

• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, approachable demeanor

• Ability to stay engaged and aware in a fast-paced, sensory-rich environment

• Reliability and accountability—your team depends on you

• Comfort working with children and individuals with diverse needs

• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Desire to invest in and grow within the organization

➕ Preferred Experience

• Customer service or hospitality experience

• Experience working with children, families, or individuals with disabilities

⚠️ Important to Know

This role involves:

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Lifting up to 50 lbs

• Working evenings, weekends, and during busy events
