Important Announcement Regarding Party Bookings - 2/20/24

Due to our exciting upcoming relocation to District 40, we have temporarily paused all bookings past February 19th, 2024 and are re-configuring our party packages for our new space. We will not be making any appointments until further notice.

We apologize for any confusion this has caused and appreciate your understanding. Rest assured, we'll confirm further availability as soon as we can.

Perfect for birthdays, corporate events, anniversaries or any special occasion, we offer private party space and discounted entry with full access to all of our games.

PLEASE NOTE: The prices and packages below reflect our East Street location prices.
While we expect the structure to stay mostly the same, future pricing and package options may vary.

  • What party packages are available?

    • $50 - Exclusive use of the Party Room OR Youth Room for a 2.5 hour block

    • $200 - Exclusive use of the Party Room OR Youth Room for a 2.5 hour block AND discounted entry for 12 guests included

    • $250 - Exclusive use of the Party Room OR Youth Room for a 2.5 hour block AND discounted entry for 20 guests included

  • What if I have more guests than are allotted for in the package?

    • We’ll still offer you the discounted entry rate of $12.50 per extra guest! However, there is a maximum of 40 party guests allowed. Please be mindful that there is not additional seating past 20, besides our first come, first serve seating throughout the arcade.

      If you would like additional seating, we recommend renting out both the Party Room and Youth Room.

  • Do parents count as guests in the party packages? What if they don’t play? Can extra siblings come in, too?

    • As our admission structure is based on entry, anyone attending the party and playing games (including parents) would count as a guest.

      Parents are welcome to walk their child back to the rental room and walk back to retrieve them, but if they'd like to stay, play, and hang out for longer than a drop-off/pick-up, they will be asked to pay the $12.50 admission or be counted as part of your pre-paid guests. If you really don’t wanna partake in the party festivities and just want to supervise, ask a Guest Experience Associate about our Chaperone Discount.

      Additional siblings who show up with the party invitees and want to play will be offered the $12.50 guest admission rate.

  • How long are party goers allowed to stay?

    • Just like everyone else at Spinners, your entry fee is good for ALL DAY UNLIMITED PLAY, from open-close the day of the event. Feel free to stay as long as you’d like, just know that you will need to vacate the rental room after your reservation end time. Please reach out if you intend to arrive early.

  • How early can we show up to set up for our party?

    • As we have 4 slots available each day, with a 30 minute window in between slots for us to clean up for the next party, we will try our best to get you in to start setting up 15 minutes before your allotted time. Please be patient and kind as our staff tends to the rooms, as they are doing so for your sanitation and enjoyment.

  • DO YOU REQUIRE PAYMENT UP FRONT? Do you allow cancellations/refunds?

    • We do require the full rental fee when booking online. To make it the most affordable or if you’re not sure of headcount, you can always rent the room for $50 and pay for admissions on the day of event.

      As a policy, we will absolutely reschedule your event at no extra cost to you in the event that you cannot make your date. We do ask for 48 hours notice in case of reschedule or cancellation. In the event that you require a full cancellation and refund, one will be provided via Spinners Gift Card in the full amount.

  • Can we decorate?

    • Absolutely! We do provide tablecloths and basic decorations. All we ask is that you clean up/break down your decorations at the end of your party. That is a huge help to making sure we stay on schedule for other guests! NO CONFETTI/GLITTER ALLOWED (it never goes away.)

  • Can we bring our own food?

    • Absolutely! All we ask is that the food stays in the party room, and NEVER, EVER on a game. Keep in mind, there is no refrigerator available on site; you are welcome to bring a cooler. NO CUPS ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF PARTY ROOM.

  • Can we bring our own alcohol?

    • Per our liquor license, we do not allow outside alcohol of any kind. However, you can order canned adult beverages at our front bar counter and even start a tab for your party or group!

  • Is there anywhere to get food nearby?

    • Yes! We’ve got a deal worked out with Papa John’s, located just down the shopping center, for a 30% discount to any party ordering from Spinners! They’ll even deliver right to the party room! Additionally, there are a number of local restaurants within walking (or a short drive) distance. Ask our staff for more details and recommendations!
