 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • what is the cost?

    • You pay a one-time admission fee of $15 to enter Spinners and play! This includes unlimited play on all of our games - no dropping quarters, no card that needs reloading, just ALL DAY FUN! Spinners is a 501(c)3 non-profit that operates based off of our entry fees and donations from guests.

  • is spinners all ages?

    • Yes, Spinners welcomes all ages, all the time! All of our events and tournaments aim to be family friendly and we encourage generational bonding through gaming and guarantee there is something fun here for everyone,

  • Can I drop the kids off and pick them up later?

    • Any minor younger than 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • What if I’m just here to watch my kids and I don’t want to play, Do I still have to pay?

    • Anyone that enters past the lobby into the arcade and plays our games must pay the entry fee. Additionally, your entry fee directly supports our non-profit, so you can do good AND have fun!

      However, to enhance the experience for all our valued guests, we've introduced a new policy aimed at addressing concerns surrounding entry fees for parents or guardians who really don’t want to play, but are required to accompany their children 14 years and younger due to Spinners policy.

      *New Chaperone Donation Option*

      • If you're accompanying your minor and prefer not to participate in the games, we now offer a "Chaperone Donation" option.

      • This involves a suggested donation of $5, but you are welcome to contribute any amount you find suitable. If you find after entering the arcade that you would like to participate in playing or make a donation, simply speak with our front desk staff, who will be happy to assist you.

  • can we leave and come back?

    • You’re welcome to leave and come back as much as you’d like the day of admission, just stop by the front desk for a hand stamp!

  • Are you BYOB? Do you serve alcohol? What about food?

    • We do serve a selection of domestic and craft beer, cider and seltzer! (Just make sure to have your ID handy. We card everyone to create as safe a space as possible.) That being said, per our liquor license, we do not allow outside alcohol of any kind. We do not serve food, but we do allow you to bring your own snacks or purchase food from a nearby vendor and bring it in. Food must stay in the designated seating areas, never be placed on games, and we ask that you clean up.

  • Can i host a party there?

  • Do you offer a group rate for bigger parties?

    • We offer a group rate for 4 for $50. Any parties larger than 12 will be $12.50/guest. Please send us a message below or via our “Contact” section to inquire about large group outings or party rentals.
